Welcome to the Bright Building security page. Here on this page you will have a direct link to reach out to the security team working in your building! Here at Jaide Security, the people who are working. living, or visiting at our locations are our number one concern. We want to make sure that with everything else going on in the world, that you are safe to relax in your own homes. One of the ways that we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable is hearing from you! Below you will find a form you can fill out at any time regarding security concerns. Some examples could be but are not limited to:

• Someone followed you inside the building when you opened the door and you didn’t recognize them.
• You notice a suspicious person outside the building or inside the building.
• You notice some damage to your vehicle that wasn’t there prior.
• Noise Complaint
• If you need camera footage for a police investigation for a separate incident that happened at the building. (We can’t provide tenants any footage but we would be happy to hand it over to the police on your behalf)
• If you notice any crimes being committed or any of the building rules being broken.
• Parking ticket concerns

     The security guard working at your building will be monitoring this page at all times when working on shift. This will allow you to reach us without having to come down to the lobby. If you wish to talk about your concern in person, you may always approach a guard with your concern. This page will only be regarding security concerns. If you have any other concerns regarding the building or your unit that doesn’t need a security guard, you will still reach out to the concierge in the building as usual.
